Breathe a little easier.

Start with New Sale and Khata, right at the top of a simple home screen. Pin useful features from More. Hold and drag home buttons to rearrange them, or remove the shortcuts you do not need. Your layout stays saved on the phone, so familiar tasks are always close.

Core billing works offline. Your items, bills, and stock records stay on the phone, so a lost connection does not have to stop the counter. Create unlimited bills without a per bill charge. Optional online services need a connection, but everyday selling stays local.

Find items by name, category, code, or barcode. Adjust quantities, apply item or bill discounts, and use wholesale prices for wholesale customers. Choose VAT included in the shelf price, or VAT added at checkout. Split a bill across payment methods, take a part payment, or put the balance on a customer's credit account.

Park a bill and resume it later. Retry safe checkout helps prevent an accidental second bill from a double tap. Process partial returns with credit notes. Voids keep the original record, and reprinted receipts are marked as copies. Search past bills by date, payment method, and status.

Use Nepali voice input to turn spoken product names and quantities into a basket, then check the items before saving. The phone's speech service handles recognition, while Sajilo matches the words to your own catalogue. Speech accuracy and offline voice availability depend on the phone and its installed language support.

Show your existing merchant QR picture with the amount to pay. Let the talking till read the total and change aloud. Print receipts on a compatible Bluetooth thermal printer, choose fifty eight or eighty millimetre layouts, and share bills as a PDF or text. A soft ding, a green saved tick, and a short thank you make checkout feel complete. Sound options can be switched off.

Organise products with photos, categories, barcodes, stock codes, sizes, colours, and wholesale prices. Import or export the catalogue with C S V files. Hide discontinued products while keeping their sales history. Use stock tracking for physical goods, and service items for work that does not need a shelf quantity.

Spot low stock before it becomes a missed sale. Track purchases, sales, returns, damage, corrections, and stock counts in a movement history. See the quantity after each change, and use stocktaking to compare the shelf with the record. Weighted average purchase cost supports inventory value and profit estimates.

Record incoming purchases, invoice numbers, supplier details, input VAT, payments, batch numbers, and expiry dates. Sajilo tracks expiring batches and consumes the earliest expiry first in its stock records. Add stock by voice, or scan a supplier's bill, review the reading, and correct it before posting the purchase.

Keep supplier accounts with purchases, payments, returns, and balance adjustments in one place. Record a fully paid delivery or a purchase with money still owing. Review the supplier ledger instead of searching through loose paper.

Give every customer a clear Khata: charges, repayments, remaining balance, due dates, and overdue ageing. Set credit limits, record repayments, and create a P D F statement. Prepare a reminder for WhatsApp or share through the phone's available apps. Customer messages stay under the shop's control, with no automatic sending.

Keep customer names, contact details, groups, and price tiers together. Enable loyalty points for earning and redeeming rewards. Record customer messaging consent and optional birthday details. Make returning customers easier to serve, with their history close at hand.

Track expenses by category, then view sales, returns, top items, stock value, customer dues, and supplier balances. Compare payment methods and staff sales. Export reports as C S V or P D F. Profit is clearly shown as an estimate, calculated from the recorded sales, costs, returns, and expenses. Complete records make that estimate more useful.

Sajilo's daily coach can greet the owner, review yesterday's sales, and offer one practical action at a time. Restock an important item, follow up on unpaid credit, check waiting orders, or review a price below cost. Answer yes, not now, or reply by voice. Suggestions come from local rules and statistics, with more useful patterns as the shop builds history.

Explore demand forecasts, suggested reorder quantities, slow moving stock, trending products, and items frequently bought together. Ask the business assistant about the shop's recorded performance. These are decision aids, not promises of future sales or guaranteed growth. The analysis runs on the phone without a paid cloud A I call.

Give staff their own P I N and role: owner, manager, cashier, inventory, or accountant. Permissions control sensitive actions such as large discounts, refunds, and price changes. The activity log helps trace important changes. Open and close cashier shifts, compare expected cash with counted cash, and review the daily payment summary.

Turn customer chat screenshots into draft delivery orders. Select a batch of up to five hundred images and let the background job read them on the phone. Review names, numbers, addresses, items, quantities, and cash on delivery amounts. Possible duplicates and totals that do not match are flagged for checking. Correct the draft before making an order. Temporary screenshot copies and extracted text are cleared after confirmation, discard, or the retention period.

Create orders manually or from reviewed screenshots, then move them through confirmed, packed, sent, and delivered. Confirmation sets stock aside. Turn an order into a bill without taking the same stock twice. Record courier and tracking details, cash to collect, delivery charges, and customer status messages.

Export selected orders as a C S V or Excel file. Start with the generic layout, or import the courier's own template and map its columns. Create parcel stickers for compatible thermal printers, or a four by six inch P D F label. The courier still handles the booking. Sajilo does not claim a direct courier integration.

Keep running orders against tables and send numbered tickets to the kitchen screen or a configured printer. Add more items to a table, and only the new items go on the next kitchen ticket. Follow preparation status, make the final bill, and free the table for the next customer.

For salons and service businesses, keep a daily appointment list with the customer, service, staff member, time, and duration. Sajilo checks for an overlapping booking for the same staff member, and can prepare a customer reminder for you to send.

Export a backup file, or enable the optional cloud backup with retained history. A backup must exist before it can help recover a lost phone. Updates preserve shop records, and voided or hidden records retain their history. Opt in to morning phone reminders for low stock, expiring items, overdue credit, and orders waiting to go out. Android notification and background settings still apply.

Choose English or Nepali screens, larger text, and the features that fit your business. Use the familiar Classic look, or choose an alternative appearance. Switch the coach, checkout sounds, and spoken thanks on or off. Optional shared item totals for cheaper stock are off by default. You choose whether to share them.

Record cash, wallet, bank, and card payments. The payment check screen lets the shop compare digital payments with its own statement. A shop's check is not bank verification. Direct payment provider connections are not connected, and automatic payment received announcements are not built yet. Sajilo prepares PAN and VAT details on invoices, but it is not I R D approved software and does not submit live tax reports.

An online storefront module is also prepared, with product and stock publishing, website order intake, and order status updates. It still needs its cloud database setup and website deployment before a shop can use it. The prepared website supports cash on delivery; online payment is not connected. This is a preview of the next step, not a live store demonstration.
